Document Description
The project consists of an Administrative Use and Design Permit to demolish an existing grocery store and a portion of a contiguous retail building and construct a new grocery store and retail building including outdoor seating areas and signage; a Variance to allow setback from build-to line; Administrative Use Permit to allow the grocery store to continue as a low-risk alcohol outlet; Special Use Permit to allow reduction in parking requirements for a cooperative parking facility; and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map to re-subdivide and reduce the number of parcels from four to three.
