Document Description
The City of Hanford has constructed and installed a domestic water supply well (Well 48) to serve the City's potable water system. The well production capacity is anticipated to be 1,750 gpm. Well 48 replaces Well 39 which is high in arsenic. Well 39 was abandoned on November 16, 2009 and will be reclassified as an "inactive" source.
