Document Description
The project proposes a mixed-use development of 543 single-family residences. Neighborhood commercial uses are proposed at the intersection of Dogwood Road/Aten Road. Also proposed is a 16-acre school site in the east-central portion of the project site. The school site would provide a joint elementary/middle school. A 1-acre sanitary sewer lift station is proposed adjacent to the future commercial. The project also proposes 7.5 acres of open space. This area includes a 4.7 acre detention basin, a 2.2 acre park and a 0.6 acre tot-lot.
