Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tract Map to re-subdivide parcel 5 of tract 43171 into ten (10) single-family lots (ranging in size from 11,196 sq. ft. to 25,271 sq. ft.) and one (1) 749,823 sq. ft. open space lot. 83,000 cubic yards of grading is proposed and will be balanced on the site. The three existing structures located on the site will be demolished. Ingress and egress access will be provided by proposed Street A which intersects Lowridge Place.
