Document Description
NOTE: Extended to 10-26-09. A regional shopping center planned for property located of Rockwell Pond consisting of about 94 acres. The Project would be developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 will be initiated as soos as annexation and city entitlements are approved and is anticipated to be complete by 2012. Phase 2 will be intiated about 5 yrs following Phase 1 and is anticipated to be completed by 2017. Together, the 2 phases would result in ~973, 100 sf of retail uses. Pre-zoning and annexation of the entire 94 acres would occur with Phase One of the Project.
