The proposed School Site consists of approximately 20 acres of land located within the Sun City/Menifee Valley Area Plan in the County of Riverside. The Proposed School Site would be bordered by Shadel Road to the south, Sherman Road to the east, with surrounding residential development and open space to the north and west. This school would serve the residents of Sun City and Menifee Valley.
