CDFW is intending to execute an Amendment to a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2014-0013-R5) to the project applicant, City of LA. The project proposes to impact 1.33 acres of streambed/lake, including 0.11 acres of permanent impact to willow riparian habitat and 1.22 acres of temporary impact to willow riparian habitat and mitigate by removing Arundo donax within 3.75 acres onsite.
