Document Description
The City of Livingston is currently planning an upgrade to the City-owned Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWWTP) in order to accommodate new water quality requirements being implemented by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) for waters discharged by the IWWTP. Physical improvements to the site include the introduction of a Biological Nutrient Removal process which requires installation of new oxidation ditches, pipeline, clarifiers, flow splitter boxes, effluent pump station, sludge holding tanks, and centrifuge facilities.
