The proposed work consists of constructing a berm on the upstream face of the dam and raising the height of the dam eight feet to accommodate a proposed new expressway that will span the dam, extending the existing low-level outlet to the new face of the dam, and modifying and extending the existing spillway to the new face of the dam.
