Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2008-0137-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, represented by Mr. Kip Field, 400 S. Vicentia Avenu7e, City of Corona, State of California, 92882, Phone (951) 739-4823. The Applicant is proposing to grade temporary access roads through various properties, and perform exploratory trenching and hollow-stem boring as a part of the geotechnical investigation for the ultimate Foothill Parkway Westerly Extension Project. Vegetation will be cleared using mechanical equipment to create the access roads. Trenching in CDFG jurisdictional areas will occur in four locations. Excavations will be backfilled with native soils. Hollowstem boring will occur at four locations within jurisdictional areas. Excavated materials will be stockpiled next to the boring locations and borings will be backfilled with the native soils upon completion of sampling.
