The project consists of installing a traffic circle and eight speed lumps over existing pavements, to enhance pedestrian safety and traffic performance. The project will not result in any changes to the paved areas or hinder traffic capacity of the roads involved. County owned sewers and manholes will also be adjusted to finished grade.
