Document Description
The project consists of the annexation of parcels 1 and 2 to the Community Facilities District No. 2005-2, to be subject to the same special taxes as the rest of the Vineyard Creek project; and amendment of the Rate and Method of Apportionment to exempt Parcel 3 from the payment of the special taxes, since it is now part of the affordable housing site for the North Vineyard Greens projects.
