Document Description
This agreement pertains to the Anzilotti Tree Removal Project, which involves cutting down 10 cottonwood trees that have been rated as "dead or dying" and "hazardous" by a certified arborist. All trees to be cut down to approximately 6" stumps, which will not be removed. These 10 trees are located within the riparian area of Dutch Ravine. One tree is approximately 7 foot from the streambank. One tree is approximately 10 foot from the streambank. All other trees are approximately 15-25 feet from the streambank. The integrity of the streambank is not expected to be affected by removal of these trees, as described in Notification 1600-2007-0132-R2.
