The City of Suisun City will conduct routine maintenance activities in creeks and channels within the city of Suisun City. Routine maintenance is defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of streams and flood control channels and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0004-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
