General Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential to General Commercial and Rezone from TR to C-2 for APN 001-068-12; Rezone from C-1 to C-2 for APN 001-068-13. The purpose of the GP amendment and Rezone is to facilitate a lot merge of the two parcels in order to accommodate a future expansion of the Modoc Indian Health Facility. The entire resulting parcel will have a Land Use Designation of General Commercial and Zone C-2 to accomodate this use.
