Document Description
The applicant requests approval of an Amendment to the Land Use Element of the Contra Costa General Plan (2005-2020) redesignating 3.19 acres of one 3.82 acre parcel from Parks and Recreation (PR) to Single Family Residential-High Density (SH). The remaining 0.63 acres would remain designated as PR. The applicant also requests approval of additional applications to subdivide the 3.8 acre parcel into 18 parcels and approval of a Preliminary and Final Development Plan to develop 17 single family residential units on 17 of the new parcels. A new swim club facility is proposed to be developed on the remaining parcel, but is not included in this Final Development Plan application.
