Document Description
"River Point West" is a mixed-use project on approximately 8.16 acres in the Community Commercial (C-2) zone. The applicant is proposing 80 attached town-homes, each three stories in height, +/- 40,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail/office space in two buildings, and 12 live/work apartments over the second commercial building. The proposal includes associated parking, access lanes, trash enclosures, utilities and other associated improvements. The proposal also contains small community open space areas for play structures, benches, landscaping, etc.
