Document Description
Environmental Review of a Building Permit for the expansion of the Wal-Mart store to a Wal-Mart Supercenter, a Use Permit for Signage in excess of the maximum allowable and a Boundary Adjustment. Wal-Mart proposes to expand the existing 83,902 square feet building to a maximum of 170,122 square feet. Wal-Mart requests approximately 175 square feet of signage for the proposed expansion. The project site is located at the northeast corner of Washington Boulevard and Summer Lane and has a General Plan Land Use designation of General Commercial.
