Document Description
The proposed project consists of expanding the existing 83,092 square foot Wal-Mart store on the project site by as much as 87,034 square feet to a maximum size of 170,126 square feet. (Note that the actual expansion is anticipated to be smaller, but is evaluated at 87,034 square feet in the EIR to provide a conservative analysis.) As part of the expansion, the Wal-Mart store would be upgraded to Supercenter and would operate 24 hours a day.
