Document Description
The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the sale and transfer of up to 1,403 square feet of land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which the South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) will construct a well facility that will replace two existing municipal water supply wells. The existing concrete block well house (350 square feet) and access driveway (2,100 square feet) will be replaced with a new 2,560 square foot well controls building and access driveway. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
