Document Description
Project activities consist of constructing the following facilities at the Tesla Portal site: A new surge shaft pipeline that extends from the Tesla Treatment Facility inlet pipe to the new surge shaft. A new water recirculation system to address stagnant water inside the new surge pipeline. A new surge shaft with a concrete base and apron for support of the structure and for directing overflows to the new spillway. A new concrete spillway channel that connects to the existing spillway at the Tesla Treatment Facility. A new gravel access road parallel to the new pipeline and replace two culverts and perform drainage improvements within the project footprint.
