Document Description
The project will construct the following facilities at the Tesla Portal site: new surge shaft pipeline that extends from
the Tesla Treatment Facility inlet pipe to the new surge shaft; new water recirculation system to address stagnant
water inside the new surge pipeline; new surge shaft with a concrete base and apron for support of the structure
and for directing overflows to the new spillway; new concrete spillway channel that connects to the existing
spillway at the Tesla Treatment Facility; new gravel access road parallel to the new pipeline; and replacement of
two culverts.
