Document Description
The proposed project would construct an approximate 274,280 square foot year-round resort facility. The condominium hotel would consist of 112 units, including 109 hotel units ranging from studio units to three-bedroom units, with a total of 189 rooms and three workforce housing units. The project would provide parking for 262 vehicles, including two bus/shuttle surface spaces. In addition to the 262 parking spaces that would be provided, the project proposes four valet queuing spaces.
