The proposed project is located at 3207, 3213, 3219, 3225, & 3231 Ermina Drive in the North Sacramento Community Plan area of the City of Sacramento, Sacramento County. The purpose of the proposed project is to allow for the development of duplexes consistent with the current zoning and land use plans. The Ermina Estates project consists of entitlements to allow the development of 10 halfplex units (5 halfplex lots) on 0.571 +/- net acres in the General Commercial (C-2). Specific entitlements include: Environmental Determination, Mitigation Monitoring Plan, Tentative Subdivision Map, Subdivision Modification, and a Special Permit.
