The Applicant has resubmitted house plans for the Laurel neighborhood, which is made up of 117 lots of approx. 5,000 sf. The newly proposed homes will result in slightly larger floor plans than what was previously approved for the neighborhood. The four home plans will range from 2,228 sf. to 3,595 sf. of livable area, and include on single-story and three two-story homes. The project is zoned P-1 (Planned Development).
