Document Description
The proposed action is strictly an administrative transfer of territorial area, specifically the area served by the OESD will be transferred into the LUSD service area. This transfer would not represent a change in existing or future structures, school facilities or environmental conditions. This proposed action will effectively eliminate the OESD. The governing boards of the affected school districts support this petition. The petition has be verified by the County Superintendent of Schools and was found to be sufficient on March 28, 2007.
