Document Description
The proposed project includes all actions associated with the development of two contiguous parcels of property, consisting of a total of approximately 99 acres, located in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County known as the San Mateo Highlands. Both parcels are legal parcels capable of being developed The current maximum development potential of the combined properties is eleven (11) residential units, assuming the approval of two density bonus units authorized under RM regulations.
