Document Description
The proposed project site consists of ~67,400 sf of open space located on the northeast perimeter of the campus, immediately adjacent to the Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park. The museum will be a single-story building designed to be completed in 2 phases for a total of 17,500 GSF. This action is for the first phase of construction that will provide 9,600 GSF to include a ticket office, storage, restrooms, a museum store with food area, exhibit space, offices, and a loading dock.
