Document Description
The proposed project will construct two retail buildings (approximately 10,000 sf and 6,000 sf) on two existing lots (1 acre and 0.9 acre), totaling approximately 2 acres. The project site was once developed with a Petroleum Bulk Plant that has been dismantled for over 15 years with disturbed and degraded base rock; the site is currently under the CRWQCB Region No. 5R (Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R5-2006-0731). Therefore, extensive grading or site disturbance is not expected for the proposed project. Access to the site will be provided by an existing driveway off of S. Main Street. Sewer (sanitary and stormwater) and water services for the proposed development will be provided by the existing City of Red Bluff facilities.
