Document Description
The proposed project is a Planned Development (PD) rezoning to allow the construction of an approximately 44,000 square foot Whole Foods market and associated parking on the approximately 2.2 acre project site. The proposed market structure would be located on the southern portion of the site, and parking would be provided in a surface lot on the northern side of the site, as well as on the roof of the proposed building. Construction of the project would require the demolition of five structures and the removal of approximately 43 trees on the site.
