Document Description
The project is an update to the City of Dorris General Plan which was previously adopted in 1992. The Housing Element is the only element that has been updated since 1992. This occurred in 2006.
This update of the City of Dorris General Plan serves to maintain consistency with the 1992 General Plan, while at the same time bringing the General Plan up-to-date with current City goals. In many cases, the updated General Plan incorporates new policies and implementation measures that will provide additional direction for, or mitigate potential impacts from, future development projects.
