This project would replace stop signs with a traffic signal system at the intersection of Ladd Road and McHenry Ave., thereby improving intersection operations and safety. The project would include: widening of the existing roadway, installation of additional travel lanes, installation of retention/ infiltration ditches, modification to the McHenry Ave. crossing of the Dr. Moore Lateral, relocation of overhead electrical and telephone lines, and installation of street lighting.
