Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the replacement of an approximately 170-foot long by 48-inch diameter culvert that is located beneath the existing water treatment facility with a new culvert of the same dimensions. Implementation of the proposed Project would affect an unnamed tributary to Pismo Creek. The CDFG has determined the Project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
