The project site is approximately 13.58 acres and consists of the development and operation of an elementary school, serving a maximum of 900 students, grades K-6. The proposed elementary school would be comprised of an administrative building, library/computer lab, classroom buildings, kindergarden buildings, special education building, food service/multi-purpose room (future) and other supporting school services.
