The proposed project involves demolition of all existing structures on the site and relocation of High Place to a public alley that would provide shared access along the western edge of the project. The project would consist of 47 apartment units and 45 condominiums with two separate subterranean garages for each development. The projects are being entitled separately but are analyzed together for the purposes of environmental review.
