Document Description
Construction of an approx. 65,000 gross square feet (gsf) Telemedicine/PRIME-LC building on the University of California, Irvine (UCI) campus to serve UCI's School of Medicine. The project site is within the campus' Health Science Complex. The proposed project will have a footprint of approx. 17,000 sq. ft. and consist of four floors and a partially finished basement. Project construction activities would involve site grading, site utilities, building construction, and site improvements.
