The proposed project is within the Residential Rural land use category and is located at 4410 Camp 8 Rd., approx. 0.40 miles northwest of the Highway 41 and Camp 8 Rd. intersection and approx. 2.7 miles northeast of the community of Creston. The site is in the El Pomar/Estrella planning area.
