Development and construction of an 800 student capacity new elementary school on a 10 acre parcel at the southwest intersection of Eucalyptus and Haven Avenues in Ontario, CA. The proposed school would be approximately 61,000 square feet in size with 12 classroom buildings, administration, and media center. The multipurpose building would be located near the street frontage. The school would meet all federal, state, and local code requirements. The outdoor play area would include a baseball diamond, turf area, and hardcourts. Parking for staff and visitors are separate from bus driveways for purposes of safety.
