The proposed revised permit is to allow the following; increase in the maximum daily tonnage from 1,800 to 3,000, increase in the maximum traffic volume of 779 to 1,016 vehicles per day, increase the acreage from 12.26 acres to 52.2 acres, expand the hours of operation, specify the hours of operations for processing, transferring and loading of materials; add a truck scale and a pad for the C&D sort line.
