Document Description
The proposed project requests approval of a Major Modification to Conditional Use Permit 91-27 for the expansion of the Perris Materials Recovery Facility. The proposed expansion includes the following: increase in daily tonnage from 1,800 tpd to 3,000 tpd; new construction/demolition processing facility; new parking lots for collection trucks and employee vehicles; new 10 foot high decorative block perimeter walls along Ellis Avenue and Goetz Road; perimeter landscaping along Goetz Road and Ellis Avenue; an additional truck scale at the facility entrance.
