Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tentative Parcel Map for the creation of two single family residential lots of 2.63 and 3.04 acres respectively and a Conditional Use Permit for Hillside Management, modification of the Acton CSD to allow for a change in the required lot length and width, landscaping, breeding birds and biological monitoring. A septic system is proposed for the new residence on Lot 2. Indian Oak Road provides ingress and egress access to the existing residence, which will remain on Lot 1 and Bent Spur Drive will provide ingress and egress access to the proposed residence on Lot 2. Grading is anticipated in order to construct the proposed residence and its access road.
