Document Description
The City of West Hollywood is proposing to amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan and the Zoning Code to encourage and allow the development of mixed-use housing and commercial opportunities along the City's commercial corridor, specifically in the eastside portion of the City along Santa Monica Boulevard generally between La Brea Avenue and Hayworth Avenue. These developments would enable the City of provide additional housing opportunities as a result of the establishment of a MUOZ for the commercial properties along Santa Monica Boulevard, Fairfax Avenue, and La Brea Avenue in the project area.
