Document Description
The project proposes construction and operation of a 150 single-family residential development, 1.55 acre park, and associated roadway and infrastructure improvements on agricultural land in the southern portion of the County of Imperial. Project implementation requires a zone change from County A2U to the City prezone designation of R1 Low Density Residential, a tentative parcel map approval, and approval by LAFCO for the annexation of the site from the County of Imperial to the City of El Centro.
