- The proposed project generally consists of two components: the Boronda Road and Rancho Road intersection with Carmel Valley Road. The projects at both intersections are proposed to improve safety, reduce traffic congestion, and rehabilitate the facilities at or near the intersections. The proposed project includes the removal of 23 trees, including a portion of a historically significant Eucalyptus tree row.
