Document Description

Water supply and sewage disposal for the proposed development would be by Bear Valley Community Services District and by individual septic systems, respectively. Access would be by Mountain Way via San Juan Drive, which are designated as local and collector alignments respectively by the Circulation Element of the Bear Valley Springs Specific Plan.
