The project will be taken place in Camp Elliott, a formerly used defense site program. The proposed surface removal action includes a magnetometer-assisted surface clearance of the areas; mark and determine known and suspected MEC for investigations; and disposal of all marked UXO/MEC. In-place detonations of MEC and limited vegetation trimming may occur.
