Document Description
The Santa Barbara Campus proposes life safety improvements and a tree story, 13,460 assignable sq. ft. (ASF), 21,707 gross sq. ft. (GSF) addition to the Engineering II building on the east side of Main Campus. The addition will provide offices, conference rooms, and dry laboratory space to house the Solid State Lighting and Display Program. New fire sprinklers and alarm systems will be installed throughout the existing building and new addition. The proposed project would require an LRDP Amendment to transfer ASF and GSF from an undeveloped potential building location.
