Document Description
The proposed project is a 13-story, approximately 342,409 square foot office tower and parking structure in the City of Culver City. The office tower would be located on the site of an existing hotel parking lot. The building height of the office tower would be approximately 200 feet. The 265-space parking lot would be replaced with a nine-level parking structure with two levels below grade and a total of 1,240 parking spaces to serve the hotel complex and office tower. Eight additional parking spaces would be provided at grade. The project site is comprised of approximately 3.68 acres located southwest of the San Diego (I-405) Freeway, north Centinela Avenue and west of Sepulveda Boulevard.
