Document Description
The project will construct an ~45,000 sq. ft. facility on a 1.8 acre project site in the Scripps Upper Mesa of the US San Diego campus. The building will contain space for research and digital laboratories as well as office space, meeting rooms, and parking facilities. The building will be owned by the J. Craig Venter Institute, which is a private, not-for-profit research institute dedicated to the advancement of the science of genomics, and operated under a long term lease from the Regents of the University of California.
