Document Description
The project consists of the approval of a Coastal Development Permit to allow construction of a low-flow diversion system that will divert dry weather flow away from an existing City of Redondo Beach 42-inch storm drain that drain in the Santa Monica Bay. As a result, dry-weather (urban) runoff that is now discharged in the ocean will instead be diverted and infiltrated into underlying soils approximately 30 feet below the existing surface.
